Can I ask someone to receive the delivery order on my behalf?

Yes. You can ask anyone you trust to receive the order on your behalf. Please leave the name and contact of the recipient when filling out the delivery details.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and the tracking number provided by Australia Post afterwards. You can use the tracking number to track and trace your latest order delivery status by visiting the Australia Post website.
